Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds:

We accept refund requests within 12 hours from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at enquiry@grabstracts.com or grabstractsdesign@gmail.com.

Refunds will be issued via online account transfer or UPI, depending on the payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds may take up to 72 hours to process.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 12 hours from the time of purchase.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at enquiry@grabstracts.com or grabstractsdesign@gmail.com.

If your order has already been processed for delivery, we cannot cancel your order. In this case, you may request a refund once you have received the product.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or cancellation request if we believe the request is fraudulent or violates our terms and conditions.
